Valeria Cepoi is a member of the Paris Bar and specializes in general criminal law, business criminal law as well as press law.
At the end of 2015, she joined Marsigny Avocats, now Marsigny Gosset Avocats, where she worked with Emmanuel Marsigny for seven years. She has handled a wide range of complex cases, including organised crime, sexual offences and white-collar crime.
Valeria Cepoi holds a Master’s degree in international relations and European Union Law from the University of Paris, Nanterre. She continued her training in European law at the Court of Justice of the European Union before becoming a lawyer.
With her dual expertise in criminal law and European and international law, Valeria Cepoi has developed a solid practice in extradition procedures, European arrest warrants and access to and deletion of Interpol notices.
Her working languages are French, English, and Romanian.
